  • Link SignUpMaster online attendee registration forms to an event description page on your website.
  • SignUpMaster will host your event registration site starting with your event home page. Your URL address will be www.signupmaster.com/yourcompanyname.

SignUpMaster forms design consistently maintains your organization's identity. To the visitor the forms look seamlessly integrated with your website. Forms can also be placed inside a frame.

What is the advantage of using SignUpMaster Event Information page?
SignUpMaster Event Information page provides a convenient way for you to display all the event information in a professionally formatted manner without having to create a separate page on your own website. While HTML knowledge is not required, you can enhance the visual impact of this page by providing HTML formatted blocks of information as well. Convenient links to "Mapquest maps" can be easily included in these pages.

Can I use my own Event Information page for some events but not all?
Yes. For example you may create a separate event information page on your website for a special event and use SignUpMaster standard Event Information page for other events. In the event registration sequence, the "Event Information" button always displays the appropriate event description page.

What Credit cards can I use to accept payment?
You can accept any credit card for which your merchant account is set up.

Can I accept Checks & PO for my events?
Yes. You can choose to accept event registration by check or PO. The payment status is kept pending until the check arrives. Your event coordinator can mark the online event registration as complete when payment is received.

Can I accept Vouchers for my events?
Yes. You can preload your vouchers that can be used as payment. The voucher numbers are verified and cannot be reused, unless the registration is cancelled by your event coordinator.

Are reports available all the time?
Yes, reports are available 24x7. Since all reports are generated in real time, new reports always have up-to-the-minute information.

How do I get badges for my events?
You can download the badge information into an Excel file and print them using standard Avery labels or other means. This flexibility allows you to print most badges the night before your event and then only print badges for late registrants immediately prior to the event.

What are the advantages of using SignUpMaster email tool?
SignUpMaster mail customization feature lets you personalize each email using the names and other profile fields in the database. Email is sent individually to each registrant. You can also include a personalized link to the online event registration form.

SignUpMaster provides two ways of capturing attendee information. Profile information and Event Specific Information such as meal preference. During the set-up process, we will work closely with you to define all fields that your organization requires.
