Types of Events
Events may consist of multiple activities (e.g., conference pass, workshop, dinner). Attendees can select each activity independently (i.e., attending conference does not require signing up for a workshop). Relationships among activities may be controlled (e.g., parallel tracks may be specified as mutually exclusive, or related activities such as workshop and dinner may only be selected in sequence or combination.)

Event Set-Up
Easy event set up. Simple forms, administrative access and online help allow events to be set up within minutes. Event information is created automatically and instantly. Convenient features such as map can be embedded in the event information page. Event can be activated immediately to start accepting registrations, or scheduled for later activation.  No HTML knowledge is required. Customers can easily provide their own HTML code for use within standard templates for advanced event information.

Event Pricing
Events with or without a fee are supported.  Early-bird and standard pricing is available. Pricing is maintained by your administrators. Event price can be made up of multiple cost lines allowing for tax lines and composite pricing. Customized discounts and pricing strategies can be developed for your site.

Attendee Event Information
Customized Attendees' event preference information (e.g., special diet) may be collected for resource planning or analysis. Housing and travel information can be collected using this feature. Comprehensive edits are applied to collected information ensuring validity and completeness of collected data.

Attendance information can be recorded for future invitations, follow up note, etc.

Event Emails
Customized emails may be used to send reminder and thank you emails. HTML emails that include links to Attendee Order Information can be drafted and sent easily. Customize each email with any information collected during the registration process.

Limited Seating and Waiting Lists
Define number of available seats, and as needed add waiting list parameters for each event. Very customizable module will allow limiting the size of each waiting list and set up a pricing strategy for the wait list seats.

Attendee Profile Information
Customized Attendees' profile preference information (e.g., organization) may be collected for subsequent download and processing. This information can be used for badge printing, special services, etc. Comprehensive edits are applied to collected information ensuring validity and completeness of collected data.

Authentication of preloaded attendee names or identification numbers can be used for special pricing or registrant validation.

Credit Card, Check, or Other Payment Options
Collect payments easily, securely and immediately. Accept credit cards (any credit card your merchant account can process) securely. Or, accept PO/check, vouchers or other payment. SignUpMaster allows keeping track of registrants whose payment has not yet been received and recording of receipts.

Badge Printing
Badge information may be downloaded into Excel file for offline printing on pre-printed or plain Avery label stock or any other stock. Badges may be printed the night before the event. Late event registrations may be printed a few hours or even minutes before the event.

Real Time Reports
Simple access to up-to-the-minute event registration, attendee, contact or other information. Real time reports such as list of orders, list of registrations, full contact information of registrants, financial data (e.g., collections for an event during a specified period), plus customized reports help manage your events better.

Downloading Data
Export and download data for special analysis or migration easily. Each report can be extracted into a comma-separated file on your computer. The data can be analyzed and visualized using Excel or other applications.
